The hotel is in the heart of Mualls street, and it is very easy to go shopping and it is near the restaurants in same street. The hotel is good and rooms are clean viewable. Parking are difficult in most time, also access for disabled people is so difficult as well.
Despite room rate is high, you wouldn't get someone to carry your luggage out to the car or from car to your rooms. I am suffering this week to transfer my heavy luggages from room 309 out to road around 08:13 a.m Wednesday 18 of December 2023 ... Worst service
10 years ago it was excellent, now things went down it might be due to the lack of maintenance and supervision. Hope they get better soon.
